Therapy

We as humans, not only acquire knowledge through education and thought, but also by modeling. As social beings, we learn from others, picking from their good deeds as well as mistakes.

 

A group would involve a set of people with common needs and goals, providing a space for mutual sharing, learning and growth. Advantages of deciphering the experiences of participants as a group, providing different perspectives and insight towards events and offering support to each other are additional perks.

We at kaaryatRiptiH© take utmost care in forming such therapeutic groups, curating them with individuals who can be an effective member of the group both in terms of learning for self and facilitating learning in others. Group therapy would be employed at a later stage of the therapy process, post handling of individual demands.

 

Group activities will be used for purposes such as enhancing social skills, facilitating adjustment, overcoming social anxiety, thereby reintegrating an individual to the society through graded exposure.
